Improvements

• Deferred CPU-intensive Thumbmark fingerprinting until after the page has loaded and the browser is idle.
• Avoided unnecessary fingerprinting for authenticated visitors and guests with an existing context.
• Removed standalone CSS chunks generated for alert and Inertia Table loading transitions, reducing render-blocking requests.
• Preserved all existing alert and table animations using inline CSS variables and Tailwind utilities.
